A health and wellness company in Berlin is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across multiple channels. You'll identify new partnerships and sales opportunities while optimizing revenue streams. The role requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and a data-driven mindset. As Business Development Manager (w / m / d) , you will play a key role in driving the commercial growth of our brand across multiple channels — including DTC, retail, marketplaces and strategic partnerships.
You will identify, develop and scale new business opportunities while optimizing existing revenue streams to accelerate profitable growth.
Beyond core business development and (omni-channel) expansion you will also have the opportunity to lead special projects and high-impact strategic initiatives ranging from international market entry and new channel pilots to innovative commercial collaborations. This is a highly cross-functional and entrepreneurial role, working closely with the founder, leadership, marketing, product, operations and finance to build a scalable, resilient, and future-proof commercial engine for the business.
