Position: Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for AMR and ESL for Northern Germany and BENELUX

Responsibilities
  • Join our team for autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and e-shelf labels (ESL) on a full-time basis – preferably starting immediately and working from home in Northern Germany or BENELUX.
  • Generate leads, identify and acquire new customers in northern Germany and the BENELUX region.
  • Accompany the entire sales process: from determining requirements to preparing quotations to closing deals.
  • Handle commercial processing and manage projects independently.
  • Spend about 25% of your time on the road – e.g., at customer appointments, conferences, and trade fairs.
What you bring to the table
  • Completed commercial, technical, or business training or a degree program.
  • Interest in innovative technologies and enjoyment in dealing with technical innovations.
  • Good IT know-how and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Confidence, clear communication, and enjoyment of customer contact.
  • Very good Dutch (C1), German (B2), and English (B2) language skills and a driver’s license.
  • Experience in sales; knowledge of IT products that require explanation is a plus.
