The Key User ERP is responsible for ensuring a stable and efficient operation of the ERP system. The role includes integrating business processes, coordinating technical developments, and ensuring legal compliance within the system. The Key User acts as the central interface between the Financial Shared Service and IT (Cronon) and continuously drives the system's development and optimization.

Optionally at the location in Berlin, Karlsruhe or Montabaur.
Tasks

• Interface between the IT department and financial accounting.
• Collaboration on the roll-out of SAP S4/HANA, particularly with regard to accounts receivable.
• Specification, implementation and execution of software tests at various integration levels and their documentation.
• Design and implementation of digitalisation solutions.
• Creation of solution concepts and their processing (error management).
• Development and maintenance of process descriptions and training documents.

Qualifications

• Degree in business informatics or economics.
• Sound knowledge of accounting.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP S4/HANA and INFOR LN.
• Communicative team player with a structured and analytical mindset and a high degree of initiative.
• Business fluent written and spoken German and English.
