Business Analyst

Job description: IMS Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to support Archibus implementations within our growing portfolio. This customer-facing role requires strong communication and team skills. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, business process analysis, data migration, customer support, training, and software configuration. The Business Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, providing advice and working with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations of Archibus. Attendance at meetings and sharing best practices are expected. The role involves facilitating requirements sessions, documenting workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting project success.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.
• Lead meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Design solutions meeting customer needs.
• Configure Archibus based on approved design documents.
• Develop test cases and UAT scripts.
• Complete tasks on time, within scope and budget, leveraging subject matter expertise.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct end-user training, both in-person and remote.
• Provide end-user troubleshooting and support.
• Suggest process improvements based on expertise.
• Stay updated with new Archibus versions.
• Absorb software knowledge and facilities management functions quickly.
• Prepare and deliver documents, presentations, and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying technical abilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of business analyst experience.
• 1-2+ years working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Archibus or other IWMS like Tririga, Maximo is desirable.
• Experience in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on quality.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• US Citizenship required.

This is a full-time position, remote work is possible anywhere in the United States.
