Your Future Role

Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Bid Manager Components and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

Elaborate offers for our Bogies&Drives products being responsible for scope, cost and planning

Manage cross-functional bid teams with participants from procurement, engineering, manufacturingand other departments

Increase competitiveness of your offers in terms of cost, time to market and performance

Lead your offers through the Alstom bid process with reportings to top management

Enforce risk & opportunity management as well as adherence to the offer budget

Collaborate with product management and central platform functions
