We are looking for a B2C Growth Marketing Manager FinTech Focus (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin, Amsterdam or Stockholm; flexible working conditions available. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and optimize B2C campaigns that drive both user acquisition and engagement across the entire customer journey.
  • Own and manage campaign budgets, developing detailed campaign concepts and messaging tailored to each phase of the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings and workshops to ensure campaign alignment, timely execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Define and implement engagement strategies to ensure content resonates with our target audience and reflects their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using clear KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target groups, recommend effective content formats and drive consistent engagement across multiple channels.
  • Regularly present campaign insights to stakeholders, sharing learnings and proposing strategic improvements.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2C marketing, ideally within FinTech, Tech or BNPL sectors.
  • Data-driven with strong ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in storytelling and clear communication.
  • Hands-on mentality with some experience in asset creation.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is nice-to-have but not mandatory.
