Job Description

As (Associate) Project Manager for our Global Industrial Business Operation group you will take over cross‑functional initiatives and projects to enable commercial activities within our Global Account Business as well as in the Corporate Social Responsibility program. Your main focus will be to establish tools, processes, and structures that enhance transparency and efficiency, to optimize our industrial business operations worldwide.

• You take full ownership of project execution – from kick‑off to successful delivery – always keeping goals and strategic targets in sight.
• Project information, documentation, and key content are communicated transparently and engagingly across the organization.
• You’re proactive in managing risks, scope changes, timelines, and budgets, applying solid verification techniques and aligning with PMO standards.
• Regular, clear, and concise updates are provided to the steering board to monitor project performance effectively.
• Opportunities to improve workflows are identified and leveraged to support the continuous optimization of business processes.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration and bring first professional experience in project management, preferably within a commercial or fast‑paced business environment.
• You are fluent in English; any additional international or multicultural experience is considered a strong asset.
• You are confident in using project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, the MS 365 Suite, and/or Confluence.
• With a self‑starter mindset, you work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease.
• Your strong communication, networking, and organizational skills are complemented by curiosity, drive, and a genuine passion for optimizing business processes.
