Tasks
  • Organize and manage international training courses including planning and execution
  • Serve as the main contact person for participants consultants customers and trainers
  • Support in handling course data organization and management of course requests
  • Support and coordinate travel arrangements for trainers supporting staff and participants
  • Process course-related invoices and payments
  • Support in preparing training materials such as certificates USB sticks and course folders
  • Support set up online training tool
Requirements
  • Foreign language secretary or equivalent commercial training or equivalent qualifications or natural scientist (Bachelor / Diploma)
  • Background in natural sciences or in the field of project management is an advantage
  • Good English skills
  • Very Good knowledge of computer systems
