How will you make an impact in this role

You are part of the Business Planning & Analytics team which works closely with the departments of Acquisition Marketing Early engagement Retention and Product management to increase efficiency support strategy development and discover and realize potential. With data-driven insights you bring fresh impulses to the business and help make smart decisions and achieve ambitious goals. As an expert you are responsible for:

• Conducting exploratory data analyses and visualizations to identify patterns, trends, deviations and potentials.
• Translating complex data issues into clear business-relevant insights for decision-makers.
• Preparing and presenting analysis results in a clear and engaging way for non-technical stakeholders (e.g. management business departments).
• Supporting in decision-making through data-based recommendations.
• Independently developing, maintaining and optimizing target group-oriented reports, dashboards and management summaries.
• Closely collaborating with the business departments and relevant stakeholders to align requirements and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a business analyst or in a comparable data science position.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
• Result-oriented analytical skills with a spark of creativity.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, initiative and a structured approach to work.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially formula-based work in Excel with pivot tables for creating complex dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
• Good knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Ability to influence others while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of the principles of data protection and data security.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
• Ability and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Fluent in German and English.
