As a valued member of our Accounting Team, you play a key role in supporting the financial success of the South Germany region. You support the Cluster Financial Controller as well as the hotel finance teams in their daily operations and in the implementation of strategic guidelines in accordance with corporate policies, USALI standards, and legal requirements.

Your main responsibilities include
  • Supporting the Finance Cluster South Germany in preparing monthly reports, regular forecasts, and ad‑hoc analyses for management and the Corporate Office
  • Contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Managing and maintaining the procurement system Coupa
  • Guiding and supporting Finance team members as well as our apprentices and students
  • Analysing operational KPIs and deriving measures to improve performance
  • Close collaboration with hotel leadership and key departments such as Cluster Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Reservations
  • Acting as deputy for the Cluster Financial Controller during absences
What you bring
  • Completed vocational training or a university degree in Accounting or Finance, along with relevant professional experience; experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Strong numerical aptitude and enthusiasm for analytical work
  • Excellent system knowledge and a high affinity for digital tools
  • Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to find quick and pragmatic solutions
  • Independent, efficient, and well‑structured working style
  • Very good command of English for collaboration within our international team; additional languages are a plus
