YOUR TASKS

• You develop creative UX/UI concepts for mobile apps, websites, and digital products – from the first scribble to the final design
• You make meaningful, responsible, and efficient use of AI tools (e.g., for ideation, analysis, testing, and prototyping) and stay continuously up to date on trends and tools
• You create sophisticated user experiences based on sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
• You design high-quality, user-centered, and responsive interfaces in Figma or Sketch.
• You develop and orchestrate design systems, pattern libraries, and modular style guides – and ensure their consistent application
• You lead creative reviews, coach UX/UI designers, and ensure high design quality
• You work closely with strategy, development, and project management teams in interdisciplinary and agile environments
• You plan and support user-testing processes – from concept to execution (including AI-assisted methods) and analysis
• You create compelling presentations and confidently present your concepts both internally and to clients

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a completed degree or solid training in communication design, UI/UX design, information design, or interaction design.
• You bring at least 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI design – ideally in digital agencies or product teams.
• You are proficient in common design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud & more.
• You already use AI tools actively in your design process (e.g., for ideation, layout variations, UX analysis, asset creation, prototyping) and hold high standards for their meaningful integration.
• You have experience with current UX standards, user-testing methods, and digital design trends.
• You possess strong conceptual skills and an excellent sense for brands, aesthetics, and user needs.
• You have experience in micro-animation or motion design.
• You are quality-oriented, structured, and work collaboratively as well as interdisciplinary.
• You bring a basic technical understanding and have already worked with no-code tools, such as Webflow.
