You are responsible for
  • Support and further develop existing customer relationships both from our German office and directly on-site (frequent travel) in the Scandinavian countries, the Balkans, Slovenia or Croatia.
  • Independent acquisition of new customers and distributors with a focus on building long-term business relationships.
  • Providing technical advice and conducting product presentations and trainings.
  • Preparation of offers, sales and contract negotiations through to final agreement.
  • Market and competitor analysis.
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs.
  • Close cooperation with the product management and marketing team.
  • Preparation of reports for sales management.
Your profile
  • Experience in international sales ideally in the field of technical products.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage but not required.
  • Additional languages (e.g. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Croatian) are considered a plus.
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or business degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident extroverted personality.
  • Independent well-structured working style and a high willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a team and the motivation to actively drive WEICON forward.
