Your tasks

Important information in advance: After a (potential) 1st video interview, we will invite the applicants (m/f/d) who make it to the next round to an assessment center on February 18, 2026 at our premises. Availability on this date is therefore essential.

• You will learn everything from installing and configuring PCs to monitoring and expanding IT infrastructures
• You will support us in customer care with regard to troubleshooting and clarifying questions in the first and second level support
• We show you how digital migrations and transformations are carried out and make you technologically fit in the process
• You will find answers to questions such as "Do wireless networks need to be considered?" or "Which software is suitable for the customer?"
• Installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems and networks according to customer requirements is also one of your tasks

Your profile

• You have a class B driving license
• You have successfully completed your A-levels or vocational baccalaureate
• You have a keen interest in technology and ideally can already solve minor IT problems independently
• You have good grades in German and English
• You are characterized by a keen perception and the ability to learn
• Diligence, flexibility and mobility are just as natural for you as a high degree of
• Communication and teamwork skills
