Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for identifying and addressing problems and questions related to partner connectivity from client departments and external partners;
- Collaborate closely to transfer complex fault reports to second-level support;
- Document solutions provided;
- Ensure monitoring and reporting, including the status of connections and access for external partners;
- Support the operational application process by reviewing customer requirements and compliance specifications;
- Regularly synchronize with the consulting service centre on partner connections, contributing to optimization opportunities in the overall process;
- Prepare reports and participate in client meetings;
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in any type of support activity;
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive approach, as well as pleasure in dealing with customers;
- Good Level of German and English;
- High level of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and reliability;
- Awareness of data protection and data security;
- A mindset for innovation and creativity;
Things to know before departure
- Start: by arrangement — always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
