Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in klinischen und administrativen Prozessen von Krankenhäusern.
• Kenntnisse in klinischer Software, idealerweise in HIS oder ähnlichen Systemen.
• Erstausbildung im Projektmanagement.

Aufgaben

• Verwaltung und Unterstützung des Krankenhausinformationssystems (HIS).
• Optimierung der klinischen Prozesse durch Anpassung des HIS.
• Verantwortung für das Anforderungsmanagement und Unterstützung von IT-Projekten.

For our partner company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an Application Manager (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

In this position you will be responsible for the internally used HIS. In addition to the administration of the HIS and its subsystems you will also be actively involved in project management with digitization initiatives.

Our partner is open to a career changer with a clinical / medical background or a person with knowledge of other medical software.

A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks

• Administration and support of the hospital information system (HIS) and subsystems
• Optimization of clinical processes by adapting and optimizing the HIS
• Responsibility for requirements management and support of IT digitization projects over the entire cycle
• Management of external service providers (manufacturers)

Your profile

• Experience in the clinical and administrative processes of hospitals
• Knowledge of clinical software, ideally in a HIS or other software such as PDMS, RIS / PACS or similar
• Initial experience in project management
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Very good written and spoken German
