- You lead strategic data analytics projects, facilitating decision making of C-level management.
- You build and maintain automated dashboards and reports that are effective in helping stakeholders monitor key performance indicators and easily make decisions.
- You build tables and models in dbt that allow less technical users to self-serve and carry out their own reporting and analytics.
- You serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc data questions and requests.

What should you bring along?
- You have a degree in STEM subject, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- You have good knowledge of SQL and initial experience with visualization/BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
- You gained first experience in data analytics, data/analytics engineering through internships or in a permanent position.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and always work in a solution-oriented and detailed manner.
- You have a curious and self-driven approach, as well as the ability to extract clear objectives and requirements from broad challenges or questions.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- You are fluent in German.
- You have data warehousing experience and an understanding of ETL (/ELT) processes.
- You have experience with cloud services, e.g. GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- You have exposure to Airflow and/or dbt.
- You have experience working with ambiguity in a scale-up (or scale-up-like) environment.
