As Sales Representative Germany at ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, you’ll be part of a team that helps companies succeed in consulting, cybersecurity, and managed services. With us, creative freedom, team spirit, and genuine customer trust count – no empty promises.

Your responsibilities
  • Actively drive Sales & Business Development in Germany.
  • Acquire new customers in consulting, cybersecurity, and managed services and develop them into long-term clients.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, empathy, and persuasive skills.
  • Prepare offers, follow up consistently, and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Represent our company at trade fairs, events, and in personal meetings.
  • Act as the interface between customers and our internal teams: Consulting, Recruiting, HR, and Back Office.
  • Support our recruiting efforts by inspiring new IT talents and working with the recruiting team to approach suitable candidates.
  • Document all relevant customer and project information in our systems and keep a clear overview at all times.
Your profile
  • Completed degree or vocational training with a commercial or technical background.
  • Strong affinity for digitalization and IT topics, along with a good understanding of current technologies.
  • Initial experience in sales, account management, or IT consulting, ideally in an IT consulting or IT system house environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, even in challenging situations.
  • Service and customer orientation combined with teamwork, quick perception, initiative, and organizational skills.
  • Confident use of M365 and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Persuasive communication, assertiveness, and the ability to develop customer relationships sustainably.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility: you will regularly visit our customers on-site, so business trips within Germany are a fixed part of your role.
  • German at native level (spoken and written) as well as fluent English.
