About the Role

We are seeking AI Prompt Evaluators fluent in Czech and English to contribute to the development and refinement of advanced AI technologies. Based on-site in Essen, Germany, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, creativity, and cultural accuracy of AI-generated prompts and dialogues.

This position involves evaluating a wide range of conversational outputs, improving factual accuracy and tone, and contributing to shaping the future of human-AI interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit short-form prompts and responses in Czech and English
• Ensure factual accuracy, style consistency, and tonal appropriateness
• Develop clear and engaging conversation flows for user interactions
• Evaluate AI-generated dialogues for coherence, creativity, tone, and linguistic quality
• Collaborate with language and AI teams to enhance cultural and contextual relevance
• Analyze dialogues on diverse topics, including sensitive or controversial content
• Provide constructive feedback to improve AI system performance

Requirements

Fluency in Czech (C2) and English (C1) written and spoken

Bachelors degree (any field)

Prior experience in content creation, editing, linguistics, UX writing, or AI evaluation is a plus

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail and linguistic accuracy

Welcome Bonus: 5,000 gross (paid in two installments: month 3 & month 6)

Relocation Support (if relocating >50 km from Essen):

• 2 months of accommodation in a private apartment/room
• Flight reimbursement up to 250 (with first salary)

Salary: 3,631 gross/month (above industry average)
