Position Title: AI Architect

Location (Hybrid): Bonn, Germany

Role Description & Skills

High-Level Summary of the Role: AI Architect with experience in MS Dynamics-based applications and integration points such as Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions. Responsible for designing comprehensive architectural concepts for the multi-agent RAG system.

Define and document IT architecture paradigms, including the structure and interaction of technology-neutral, logical clusters of functions. Provide expertise on generic IT components, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and reference data models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural guidance and oversight.
• Solution Evaluation & Advisory: Advise, design, and evaluate solutions from an architectural perspective during the Requirements Specification (RS) and Functional Specification Solution (FSS) phases, ensuring alignment across all architecture levels.
• Design contextual chatbot architecture capable of processing user context-based information, ensuring the chatbot 'sees what the user sees' within the MS Dynamics environment.
• Evaluate and recommend orchestration/management software for optimal integration with MS Dynamics, ensuring openness to third-party systems. Define basic architecture and communication patterns for the multi-agent RAG model.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of suitable Large Language Models (LLMs) for the system requirements. Provide recommendations on whether to host the LLM internally or to integrate an external LLM API.
