Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst die Architektur, Strategie und Roadmap für unsere Agentic-AI-Plattformen – insbesondere für Agent365 – und leitest daraus ein skalierbares und sicheres Plattformdesign ab.

• Durch die Etablierung eines umfassenden AI-Governance-Frameworks (inkl. EU AI Act, DSGVO, NIST AI RMF) sorgst du für klare Leitplanken und eine verantwortungsvolle KI-Nutzung.

• Microsoft Purview, M365 Defender, Entra ID Identity Governance, Data Classification und DLP-Mechanismen setzt du gezielt ein, um Sicherheit, Compliance und Nachvollziehbarkeit zu gewährleisten.

• Robuste Lifecycle-, Monitoring- und Zero-Touch-Betriebsprozesse für agentische Systeme baust du ebenso auf wie automatisierte Validierungspipelines, Self-Healing-Mechanismen und compliance-bewusste Deployment-Muster.

• Du koordinierst externe Expert:innen, die dich bei Architektur- und Implementierungsaufgaben unterstützen.

• Gemeinsam mit Produktteams, M365-Engineering, Cloud & Security, Compliance und Fachbereichen identifizierst und priorisierst du Use Cases und überführst sie in skalierbare Agentic-AI-Lösungen.

• You apply Microsoft Purview, M365 Defender, Entra ID Identity Governance, Data Classification and DLP mechanisms to ensure security, traceability, and regulatory adherence.

• Building robust lifecycle, monitoring, and zero‑touch operations for agentic systems is a key part of your role, including automated validation pipelines, self‑healing mechanisms and compliance-aware deployment patterns.

• You coordinate external experts who support you in implementing complex architectural and technical requirements.

• Closely collaborating with product teams, M365 engineering, Cloud & Security, Compliance and business units, you identify, prioritize, and translate agentic AI use cases into scalable and integrated solutions.

• You drive innovation by facilitating workshops, developing MVPs, and enabling teams to work with Agentic AI, Copilot extensibility, Graph‑API integrations, and responsible AI practices.

Anforderungen

• Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, KI/ML, Software Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Architektur, Implementierung oder Betrieb von Cloud-, M365- oder AI‑Plattformen – idealerweise mit Agentic AI, Multi-Agent-Systemen oder Copilot Extensibility.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Purview, Defender, Entra ID, Information Protection, Data Governance, DLP und Auditierungsfunktionen.

• Erfahrung im Aufbau sicherer, skalierbarer KI- oder Automationsplattformen sowie in der Einführung von Governance- und Compliance-Standards.

• Praktisches Know-how in LLM-/Agent-Frameworks, M365‑Integrationen (Graph API, Plugins), RAG-Konzepten sowie Automations- und Monitoring-Werkzeugketten.

• Verständnis für AI‑Risikomanagement, ethische KI-Nutzung, Security-by-Design und Privacy-by-Design.

• Routine in der fachlichen Steuerung externer Expert:innen oder Dienstleister.

• Strong understanding of AI risk management, ethical AI usage, Security‑by‑Design and Privacy‑by‑Design principles.

• Experience in leading and coordinating external experts or service providers.

• Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
