Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the design of innovative seal series for our international customers in the turbomachinery sector
• Designing test setups for the qualification and validation of compressor seals
• Taking product responsibility for the standardization of seal series and further development with our customers
• Responsible technical contact person for sales, production and our customers
• Contributing to the development of innovative, sustainable and emission-free sealing solutions for the sustainable energy infrastructure of the future
• Close cooperation with international development teams
• Joint collaboration with partners, institutes and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, fluid mechanics)
• Confident and motivated handling of a 3D CAD program
• Knowledge in the field of turbomachinery or sealing technology desirable
• Ability to work in a team and an open, communicative nature with an independent way of working
• Very good language skills in English and German
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn
• Very good communication skills and a confident appearance with customers
