Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for independently processing all accounting transactions in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
• Maintain an overview: checking, assigning accounts, and posting incoming invoices
• Manage financial flows: creating payment runs and posting bank transactions
• Processing dunning procedures and further developing our receivables management
• Assist with advance sales tax returns
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Actively shape processes: participate in the optimization of our finance workflows and internal processes

Must-have-Requirements

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, as well as practical experience in accounting
• Solid experience in accounting, with a keen eye for numbers and processes
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and the MS Office package
• Fluent German and very good English skills for working with national and international teams
• You are driven, proactive, willing to learn, and responsible—you want to make a difference
• Analytical thinking, a strong affinity for numbers, and a structured approach to work are second nature to you
