We are seeking YOU - ACCOUNT MANAGER Social Media

to oversee and elevate the strategic management of our social media presence, ensuring seamless collaboration, outstanding client satisfaction, and impactful digital communication across channels reaching millions of users.

What you’ll do:

• Steer social media and campaign projects from briefing to final "landing", including timelines, budgets, and presentations.
• Manage always-on communication across channels with solid social media know-how.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate creators, ensuring smooth contracting and invoicing.
• Organize content productions and ensure seamless collaboration between clients and production teams.
• Create reports and documentation.
• Advise clients in their daily business with strong reporting, analysis, scheduling, and presentation skills.
• Act as a trusted partner for your clients, guiding brands safely through any "turbulence".
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies, keeping multiple projects on track.
• Work confidently with PowerPoint, Excel, and new digital trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Initial experience in project management, ideally within digital marketing or a creative environment.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and keep deadlines on track.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
