That's why we need you! As an Account Management Intern (f/m/d), you are the contact person for our tenants. Take responsibility by offering them an outstanding customer experience and proactively contribute to the further development of our platform.

This is a 4 to 6 month paid internship, working from our Berlin Office.

• Be the best friend of our flat hunters and find a new home for them
• Identify the individual needs of our customers and match them with our Wunderflats flats
• Be the interface between tenants and landlords and mediate in difficult situations
• Support our clients in negotiations and questions about tenancy agreements
