ABAP Developer (m/f/d)

Area of responsibility: Central Information Technology (ZIT) – Business Management Systems. Job type: Non-academic. Job ID: 13183. Start date: As soon as possible. Scope: Full-time; 38.5 hours. Contract type: Permanent. Remuneration: EG 11 TV-L.

Your tasks

• Design and development of programs and reports using ABAP/ABAP Objects
• Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Interface support and further development
• Testing and documentation of implemented developments
• Taking responsibility and working independently on tasks
• Evaluation and validation of new technologies and innovations in a corporate context

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist (application development/system integration) or a degree in computer science; alternatively, a comparable qualification with several years of experience and a strong affinity for IT
• Practical IT experience, primarily in the implementation of IT projects or new software programs
• Experience in software development in the field of SAP ABAP
• Additional SAP module knowledge desirable
• Ability to quickly grasp and analyze work processes and develop and implement solutions and alternatives
• Independent and structured approach to work and enjoyment of working in project teams
• Willingness to undertake further training and development with the aim of long-term professional development
