Job summary
A growing youth sports organization is seeking a highly organized Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day operations and maintain financial records. The successful candidate will handle bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll, contributing to the vibrant team. Ideal candidates should have experience in accounting software like QuickBooks and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. This role in Ontario offers competitive compensation based on experience and the chance to be part of a rapidly expanding organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office management and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
- Perform bank feed matching and account reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reporting including PL and BS.
