Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring top-quality food and service standards. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. 1. Create and maintain efficient staff schedules and implement procedures to streamline kitchen and service activities.
2. Train team members on their responsibilities, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
3. Forecast and arrange the purchasing of food ingredients and kitchen supplies necessary for meal production.
4. Track inventory, monitor equipment maintenance, and record data related to sales, waste, and supply usage.
5. Monitor food preparation and service delivery to ensure they meet company and regulatory quality standards.
6. Oversee and manage the daily tasks of staff involved in preparing, portioning, and serving food to ensure smooth operations.
7. Assist in designing menu options and calculating related food and labor costs for budget planning.
8. Contribute to hiring processes and support the creation or improvement of workplace policies, procedures, and operational plans.

• Completion of Secondary school

• Permanent employment, Full time, 40 hours a week

• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Starting date: As soon as possible
• Pay: Salary $18.00 / hour
