WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  1. Build and manage a team of front-line staff
  2. Oversee a portfolio of buildings, some travel may be required
  3. Identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness and tenant experience
  4. Maintain properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and instructing repairs, planning renovations, and liaising with contractors and vendors
  5. Ensure quality of work, adhering to established standards for both staff and contractors
  6. Audit weekly site inspections at each property
  7. Diligently oversee the collection of tenant arrears; assisting with collections, reconciliations and adjustments
  8. Attend weekly meetings with head office, including reporting on occupancy, budgets, and building strategies
  9. Be a people leader
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
  1. Minimum High School Diploma
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role; or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  3. Experience in Property Management or Hospitality including hotel management experience is preferred
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adeptly work with a variety of software platforms
  5. A Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are required
  6. Must complete & pass a criminal record check
