As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you are an integral part of the health care team. In this role, you will provide planned, resident-focused, and goal-directed care in accordance with provincial standards under the direction of the Director of Care.

• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51)
• Experience in a Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset
• Experience in care planning and coordination within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with current care technology
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to act as Charge Nurse when required
• Effective communication with the home's physician
• Commitment to ongoing education, training, and professional development
• Adherence to MLTC guidelines and requirements
• Ability to deliver effective, safe, and resident-centered care
• Focus on providing quality service that exceeds resident expectations
