Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent education and experience.
• Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with BCCNM.
• Knowledge of full scope of practice as required by BCCNM.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and strengths.
• Provide a supportive environment for patients and families.
• Contribute to individualized care plans and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
• Document care information and ensure patient safety.
• Perform patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
