A leading technology solutions provider in Quebec is looking for a technician to configure software suites tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French, possess strong knowledge of network infrastructures, and have a solid background in database management with MsSQL and PostgreSQL. - BA/BSc or related College Technical diploma; or equivalent applicable industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and network security.
- Proficiency in MsSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience working with Virtual Machines (VMs) and VPN connectivity.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French, with a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technician for configuring the software suite to meet client requirements.
- Participate in discovery sessions to define and understand technical requirements for implementation.
- Configure the software suite using workflows and business rules for optimal client business processes.
- Serve as a customer advocate, facilitating communication with internal departments and cross-functional teams.
- Assist clients with end-to-end system testing, troubleshooting, and training end-users on software usage.
