The role involves cultivating, building, and managing relationships with a referral network to generate new mortgage business and increase BMO's share of the home financing market. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, developing marketing and sales programs, supporting community engagement, guiding customers through mortgage applications, and collaborating with branch teams. The position requires staying informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of personal banking, investments, and real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
