Job summary
A leading staffing agency is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist for a dental office in Ancaster. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and familiarity with dental software, preferably Dentrix. The role requires greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. Competitive compensation between $28-$32 per hour. Please submit your resume as a Word document.

Our client, a dental office is seeking aa part-time Dental Receptionist in Ancaster.
- Dental Reception
- 2 year experience minimum
- Dental Software experience, asset if you know Dentrixsoftware
LOCATION: Ancaster (403/Wilson St W-free parking)
- Wed 10-2, Fri 10-5, Mon 10-5 1 Sat a month 9-3
$28-$32
- Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Make a great first impression ideally creating long term loyal patient relationships
- Schedule/confirm patient appointments by telephone and in person
- Send confirmation of appointments via email and telephone and make follow-up calls/emails
- Provide patients with information regarding the dental office,direct calls appropriately
- Prepare and submit predeterminations
- Some treatment planning (ortho and implant)
- Verify procedures completed, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically
- Account receivables
- Receive and distribute mail, enter and scan payments and referral documents
- Accurately maintain charts and patient records
