MINI Oakville – Full-Time Receptionist
MINI Oakville is currently seeking a friendly and professional full-time Receptionist to join our Sales Department.
Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
Respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors.
Ensure messages are accurately documented and forwarded to the appropriate team members.
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including arranging couriers, proofreading, and supporting other administrative departments as needed.
Attend all departmental meetings.
Adhere to all company and manufacturer policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
High School Diploma required.
1–2 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
Monday–Thursday: 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
