MINI Oakville – Full-Time Receptionist

MINI Oakville is currently seeking a friendly and professional full-time Receptionist to join our Sales Department.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently.

  • Respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors.

  • Ensure messages are accurately documented and forwarded to the appropriate team members.

  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including arranging couriers, proofreading, and supporting other administrative departments as needed.

  • Attend all departmental meetings.

  • Adhere to all company and manufacturer policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.

  • 1–2 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience preferred.

Hours
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
