A leading junk removal service in Canada is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO & COO. We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized, resourceful, and approachable Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership team in their day‑to‑day activities—and help keep the business moving. You’ll manage busy calendars, coordinate meetings, handle agenda prep and follow‑ups, book travel, plan team events, support small projects, and jump in on anything that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how to support senior leaders with focus, urgency, and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in improving how our execs work— not just staying on top of what’s needed, but staying ahead of it.
