Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant & Administrative Manager to join their team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the head office while providing high-level executive support to senior leadership. Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and draft executive communications while maintaining discretion.

  • Act as liaison between executives and internal teams, delegating tasks and tracking action items.
