WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized, resourceful, and approachable Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership team in their day‑to‑day activities—and help keep the business moving. You’ll manage busy calendars, coordinate meetings, handle agenda prep and follow‑ups, book travel, plan team events, support small projects, and jump in on anything that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how to support senior leaders with focus, urgency, and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in improving how our execs work— not just staying on top of what’s needed, but staying ahead of it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the go‑to support for our CEO and COO, you’ll help them stay organized, prepared, and focused. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • Preparing agendas, taking notes, and sending follow‑ups for key meetings.
  • Drafting and editing internal communications, reports, and slide decks.
  • Supporting internal projects and managing small projects as needed.
  • Tracking expenses, organizing files, and handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Planning and executing company events and meetings—including venue coordination, catering, budget tracking, invitations, and post‑event follow‑ups.
  • Providing back‑end administration and tech support for large Zoom meetings.
  • Acting as a positive, approachable point of contact across the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2–3 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills: both written and verbal.
  • Excellent Google Workspace experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
  • Tech‑savviness: able to confidently manage and run backend on large Zoom calls and set up meeting and event audio/video.
  • A self‑starter attitude and a “happy to help” approach to your work and your peers.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
  • A positive, grounded presence: someone people trust and enjoy working with.
