Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing their tax returns using TurboImpôt and provide tax advice.
• Review personal tax returns prepared by clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage inquiries related to products and software, providing excellent customer service.
• Use government websites and professional resources to find accurate answers for clients.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records of client communications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with professional tax software and handling complex tax situations.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with video and audio tools.
• Flexible availability for at least 20 hours per week.

Additional Assets:

• Experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

Skills & Abilities:

• Fundamental understanding of tax laws and concepts.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
