• Provide support to the management team in executing daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Supervise and train store associates; assist with customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Assist in meeting sales targets and maintaining an organized, efficient store environment.

• Approximately one (1) year of relevant experience in the retail industry
• At least one (1) year in a supervisory role
• Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
• Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment
