About the Role

We’re looking for a high-trust, entrepreneurial Account Executive to help grow our public safety software business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a strategic, full-cycle sales environment; from building pipeline to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

This is not a commission-based sales job by design. We reward what really matters: integrity, focus, creativity, collaboration, and delivering meaningful outcomes for our agency partners.

You'll be responsible for owning a named territory, deeply understanding your accounts, and driving sustained progress from first conversation to signed contract — and beyond.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle across a defined territory of public safety agencies
  • Build and manage a strategic pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry networking
  • Organize and drive multi-stakeholder discovery conversations, in-person site visits, and solution presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, implementation, marketing, partner success) to move deals forward
  • Support proposal development and influence procurement outcomes
  • Maintain disciplined tracking of activity, insights, and forecasts in Salesforce
  • Contribute to improving sales strategy, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination as we scale

How Success Is Measured

This role includes a base salary + bonus, with no commission structure. Performance is measured by:

  • Quality and consistency of pipeline generation with the ability to meet defined targets around this objective
  • Strategic progress and movement within named accounts
  • Contribute to team knowledge, culture, and execution
  • Accuracy and discipline in Salesforce CRM and sales process management
Preferred Background
  • 3–5 years in consultative sales, public sector engagement, or related roles
  • Experience with CAD, RMS, dispatching, or enterprise software (a strong plus)
  • Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
