About Us

We’re now looking for someone to join us in a flexible, part-time capacity to support our accountant and operations team with essential admin and reconciliation tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, organised, and excited by the opportunity to grow into a broader role over time — we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As our Admin Assistant, you’ll support the smooth running of the business by helping with financial admin, especially reconciliation tasks within Xero, as well as general operations support. You’ll work closely with our accountant and internal team, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

This is a 15-hour/week role to start, with flexibility on working hours and the potential to grow your responsibilities and hours as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile transactions in Xero, ensuring accuracy across accounts and bank feeds
  • Support with day-to-day admin tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and document management
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and team members to follow up on outstanding queries
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date financial records and help prepare information for reporting
  • Identify and flag anomalies or issues with transaction data
  • Provide general operations support across both brands as needed
What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience using Xero for transaction reconciliation or bookkeeping tasks
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented — you spot discrepancies and chase them down
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
  • Strong communication skills — clear, responsive, and professional
