Our Community Branch Network Division is seeking a client‑focused Insurance Advisor Personal Lines. We want someone who thrives in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.

Our Maple Ridge branch is located in Westridge Centre; this location has been servicing the area since 1989. As a long‑time member of the community we are proud to service Maple Ridge with their auto, home and travel insurance needs.

• Level 2 General Insurance License
• 2 year experience in personal insurance.
• Client service focused with exceptional communication skills
• Excellent insurance product knowledge.

• You have or are working towards an industry designation

• First things first you'll administer a personal insurance book of business.
• You'll sell ICBC and private automobile coverage.
• You'll accomplish front line underwriting as well as writing new home travel and umbrella policies while cross‑selling other products.
• You'll develop new business opportunities by securing renewals and cross‑selling new products.
• You'll contact clients for renewal information and provide policy and coverage information as changes occur or upon inquiry.
• You'll set and adhere to production budgets including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
• You'll ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
• You'll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds.
• You'll handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.
• At the end of the day we represent HUB. You'll need to ensure that you understand and live up to our HUB values, mission and vision.

The expected salary range for this position is $50000 to $70000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location as well as the specific position's business line scope and level.
