• 🔸 Own and lead project timelines and milestones for enterprise clients—keeping everything flowing and everyone aligned.
• 🔸 Be the go-to person for clients: run clear, confident status calls, send proactive updates, and set the gold standard for communication.
• 🔸 Align cross-functional teams (creative, operations, sourcing, leadership) to keep projects on time and top-tier in quality.
• 🔸 Identify blockers early, raise red flags before they burn, and keep everything on-scope and on-schedule.
• 🔸 Deliver client-facing docs, trackers, and notes that are clear, organized, and action-ready.
• 🔸 Bring the “how can we do this better?” mindset to every project, helping evolve internal playbooks and templates.

• 🧠 You’ve got solid mid-level experience in client-facing project management, ideally across enterprise accounts.
• 🧠 You’ve wrangled complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
• 🧠 Your comms game is elite—clear updates, sharp summaries, and meeting facilitation that actually gets stuff done.
• 🧠 You don’t just wait for problems—you anticipate, solve, and stay two steps ahead.
• 🧠 You’re fluent in tools like Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, GDrive/O365, Slack, and confident with timelines, trackers, and docs. Bonus points if you’ve used Airtable, Notion, Figma, or Adobe tools.
• 🧠 You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the details—or the vibe.
