Note: This role is local to Racine, WI, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
About the Role:
The role involves executing brand strategies and marketing tactics to boost profitability and brand effectiveness through consumer insights and segmentation. Responsibilities include market research, campaign execution, and collaboration across teams on communications, advertising, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to brand and marketing strategy development, enhancing brand equity and consumer loyalty.
- Manage marketing insights/analytics, including consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends, reporting regularly to the team.
- Conduct and interpret market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement integrated marketing programs targeting specific consumer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and innovation strategies based on consumer insights.
- Develop business cases, manage product packaging and communication briefs, and support consumer positioning.
- Execute marketing communication plans, including campaigns, social media, PR, and digital content.
- Manage brand representation through events, sponsorships, and grassroots initiatives.
- Evaluate marketing ROI using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
- Partner with sales on programs and attend major events and presentations.
- Respond to consumer inquiries and reviews on social media.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in brand and marketing, including consumer research and insights.
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior strategies.
- Experience with marketing campaigns, budgeting, and project management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
