Our client, a global digital transformation agency, is seeking a Product Designer to join their growing Toronto team. This is a full-time position for a designer with web and app experience, and the ability to support project design needs at various stages.

Working for a digital transformation agency, you will have an opportunity to work on a range of projects across various industries and regions. This is a full-time, hybrid position in their downtown Toronto office.

As a Product Designer, you will bring customers and users into the center of design process. You will gather and synthesize insights, collaborate with various stakeholders to extract requirements, and create deliverables such as workflows and wireframes, as well as assist in creating blueprints, journey maps etc. This role might require you to work on multiple projects simultaneously, throughout various stages of a project lifecycle (from pitching to production, from discovery to post-launch support).

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

• You will bring customers and users into the center of design process
• You will gather and synthesize insights, collaborate with various stakeholders to extract requirements and create deliverables such as workflows and wireframes
• Assist in creating blueprints, journey maps, etc.
• This role might require you to work on multiple projects simultaneously, throughout various stages of a project lifecycle (from pitching to production, from discovery to post-launch support).

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing for web and mobile apps
• Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of end-to-end design thinking, and user-centric design approach
• Understand usability and accessibility principles
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD
• Have experience working in agile environment
