A leading consulting firm is looking for a Project Administrator to support project planning and execution in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong financial and organizational skills, with a minimum of two years’ experience in administration. We are currently seeking motivated candidates for the position of Project Administrator. The successful candidate can be based at any one of our Eastern Canada office locations: Fredericton, Halifax, Moncton, Saint John, St. John’s, and Sydney with the opportunity for flexible work arrangements to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.
In this role you will be a welcome addition to our dynamic administrative team. As a Project Administrator you will showcase your financial, organizational and communication skills in a fast‑paced professional office environment. Your ability to create strong working relationships with technical project managers will elevate your and the company’s collective success. Support execution of agreements, initiate projects in Dillon’s financial management system, facilitate project plan completion and distribution to team, support health and safety plan preparation and communication.
