D365 CE/PP Business Applications Specialist – 70K – 85K – Hybrid 2 days in office – Ontario
The Business Applications Specialist plays a key role in optimizing and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions. This position is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing business applications to meet evolving operational needs. The specialist collaborates with stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement system improvements, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. They provide technical support, training, and documentation to maximize user adoption and efficiency, while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive business value.
70,000.00 – 85,000.00 per year
