Job Description
About MAGNUS HRS
MAGNUS HRS is a leading Canadian healthcare staffing firm that connects hospitals, clinics, and long-term care providers with top-tier healthcare professionals across nursing, allied health, and medical support roles. With an expanding footprint across Canada and the U.S., we are focused on improving healthcare delivery by ensuring that organizations have access to qualified, reliable professionals when they need them most.
We are seeking a Market Analyst / Business Researcher to help identify where the biggest market opportunities exist within Canada’s healthcare labor ecosystem — particularly within the Allied Health and Nursing segments.
The Market Analyst / Business Researcher will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative research to assess market demand, workforce supply, and opportunity sizing for MAGNUS’s continued expansion.
The analyst will map out the Canadian Allied Health workforce landscape —defining and quantifying categories such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, diagnostic imaging technologists, medical laboratory technologists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and others.
This role will also analyze vacancy data and regional demand trends for nurses and allied health professionals, ultimately identifying the highest-value markets and disciplines for future MAGNUS growth.
