Overview

Fort Edmonton Park invites youth volunteers (ages 13–17) to take on Youth Leadership / Junior Volunteer roles guided by staff mentors. Roles include bringing historical characters to life, supporting day camps, enriching special events, gardening heritage landscapes, and assisting behind the scenes.

Program details

All volunteers, including younger ones, receive orientation and training. Some roles require interviews or a minimum time commitment. Volunteers under age 13 can participate with adult supervision (with consent).
