Salary Range: $27.00-$29.00

Casa Colina is looking for someone with safety and worker’s compensation experience who is willing to also perform the required administrative roles of the job. This position works under general direction, performs Human Resources functions concentrated on employee safety, worker’s compensation, and leave of absence. To include, claims reporting and managing, maintaining the hospitals' employee safety program and supporting a culture of safety. It also assists with front office reception as needed. Maintains sufficient HR knowledge to answer routine questions, provides information to employees as written in policy and procedure manual, elevates issues to Head of HR as needed, assists with employee customer service function, acts as additional resource to Casa Colina Human Resources department. Coordinates and performs projects for the department.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing employee workers compensation claims.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements and programs.
  • Leave of Absence Experience
  • Previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
